RETURNS + EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY:

Wild Pine offers EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY for all qualifying items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be postmarked by the correct day according to your package tracking number. Store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card that will never expire. 

All qualifying returns must meet the following conditions: original tags MUST be attached, our return form correctly filled out and included in the package with your items. All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, makeup & deodorant stains, free of any body odor, perfume, & cigarette smoke. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. The following items will be FINAL SALE: sale/markdowns, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, swimwear and jewelry. Returns will be inspected upon arrival and will be denied if the policy is not followed as stated above.

Wild Pine does not cover return shipping costs & we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking included as we will be unable to accommodate to lost packages without this. Please email shopwildpine@gmail.com for return address.

 If you are to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product to ensure that we can assist you as best as possible. We stand behind all products that we carry in our shop & want to offer the best experience we possibly can for our customers.
